Roll puff pastry into a rectangle and trim edges.
Layer ham and cheese evenly over pastry.
Cut into vertical strips, fold in zigzag to form trees.
Push wooden skewer through each tree.
Combine butter, garlic, parsley, sesame, salt, pepper.
Coat each tree with mixture; bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
