Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Beat eggs, milk and oil in a separate bowl until just combined.
Gradually add dry mixture to wet until just moist. Fold in the grated apple.
Combine crumble topping with a fork until it's crumbly. Don't overmix.
Pour half of the mixture into the pan, then sprinkle a layer of the crumble topping. Repeat with the rest of the batter and crumble.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean. Baking times can vary so watch your loaf!
Let loaf cool then top with glaze!
