Preheat oven to 350° & shred 1 cup of your favourite cheese. (I used Colby) Use half of the cheese to fill 6 muffin tins.
Bake for 4 mins and let cool for 2 mins.
In a bowl add 3 tbsp of softened cream cheese, ¾ cup shredded chicken, 2 tbsp hot sauce, ¼ tbsp ranch, and mix.
Add 1 tbsp of the mix to each tin, then top with remaining cheese and bake for 10 more mins.
Dip in ranch and enjoy!
