4oz Aperol

4oz orange juice

3oz Prosecco

Select all/reset

Start by filling an ice tray halfway with Aperol and orange juice and let freeze over night.
The next day, blend together 4 cubes of each and about 3oz of Prosecco.
Blend until smooth and pour into a coupe or spritz glass.
Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
