Baked Yogurt Dessert
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. In a bowl combine the Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla, honey, and cornstarch. Mix until completely smooth

  3. Pour the batter into a small baking dish or ramekin

  4. Add berries on top

  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly

  6. Let it rest at room temperature for about 30–60 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving

  7. It becomes thicker and creamier as it cools
