Prepare Prawns
Season prawns with white pepper, chicken powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Add egg, cornstarch, and custard powder. Mix well.
Coat prawns in flour.
Fry Prawns
Fry prawns until crispy.
Strain to remove excess oil.
Make Sauce
Heat oil and chili oil.
Mix in honey and lemon juice. Boil.
Drizzle sauce over prawns.
