Vegan Magnolia Bakery Banana Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the coconut yogurt, vanilla extract, sugar, turmeric and one of the sliced bananas. Using either the back of a fork or a handheld mixer, combine the ingredients until a smooth vanilla style pudding is formed.

  2. Using either a jar, or a large glass serving container, layer ¼ of the pudding mixture in the bottom, followed a layer of the wafers, then banana. Repeat until the ingredients are used up. I had 4 layers.

  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours to chill. Then top with coconut whipped cream and any remaining crushed wafers. Eat immediately.
