Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).
Blend the cottage cheese and eggs together until smooth and runny.
Add flour, salt, baking powder, and oregano, and mix into a thick dough.
Then add tomato purée, grated cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta cheese, and stir until well combined.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place 10 scoops of dough onto the tray using two wet spoons.
Sprinkle with extra grated mozzarella on top.
Bake the pizza rolls for about 25 minutes.
Let them cool on a wire rack and enjoy.
