Large Batch Balsamic Vinaigrette
  1. Place garlic, honey, Dijon and vinegar in a pint sized mason jar.

  2. Using an immersion blender (you could also use a regular, top loading blender), blend until homogenous.

  3. While blending, slowly drizzle in the olive oil to emulsify into the dressing.

  4. Season to taste with Kosher salt and black pepper.
