Air-fryer Pear Galettes
  1. Combine honey, flour, cinnamon and cardamom in a medium bowl. Add pears; toss to coat.

  2. Roll out pie crust on a lightly floured surface into a 13-inch circle. Cut out four 5 ¼-inch pastry circles and place each on a small square of parchment paper.

  3. Mound one-fourth of the pear mixture in the center of each pastry, leaving the outer 1 inch uncovered.

  4. Fold the uncovered pastry over the filling, pleating as needed. Lightly brush the pastries with egg white.

  5. Place 2 pastries (on the parchment squares) in the basket of an air fryer.

  6. Cook at 350℉ until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Lift the papers to transfer the galettes to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining galettes.

  7. Serve the galettes topped with additional honey and cinnamon and/or, if desired, Spiced Whipped Cream.
