Kickass Chicken Patties
  1. Chop onion and bell pepper. Dice cilantro and garlic.

  2. Combine ground chicken, onion, bell pepper, corn, cilantro, garlic, and seasonings in a large bowl. Mix well.

  3. Form into 5 equal patties and flatten slightly.

  4. Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
