Preheat oven to 350°. Brush the bread with olive oil. Place in the oven and toast until lightly crispy.
While the bread is toasting, mash the avocado with lemon juice, olive oil and OUTRAGE, starting with the smaller amount and tasting. Set aside. Remove toast from the oven and set aside.
For the eggs, heat oil over medium in a nonstick skillet. Whisk eggs with water and cook, stirring constantly until light and fluffy, 3-5 minutes depending on heat and pan. Add most of the scallion for the final minute of cooking.
Divide the avocado mix between the two pieces of toast, top with eggs and remaining scallions. Sprinkle generously with OUTRAGE.
