Combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar in a bowl; mix until smooth and well blended.
Add crushed pineapple, chopped cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
Spoon mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Roll chilled log in chopped pecans, pressing gently so they stick.
