Brown Sugar Italian Pork Chops easy meat
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup Italian salad dressing, and ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce until combined.

  2. Place the 4 pork chops in a large baking dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, turning them to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for even more flavor.

  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  4. Arrange the pork chops in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes, basting once or twice during cooking, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  5. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
