Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a stand mixer, add the egg white powder and water and whisk on high until stiff peaks form (about 4-5 minutes). While the stand mixer is still mixing and stiff peaks have formed, gradually add in the butter powder 1 Tbsp at a time. Continue mixing for 1 minute. The mixture will deflate but that’s ok! Line a bread pan with parchment paper and transfer the batter into the pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until you see the bread rise and an indent in the center of the bread.
Slice the bread and enjoy!
