Scallion Garlic Tuna Burgers
  1. Add all tuna burger ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined

  2. Form mixture into 3 equal size patties

  3. Place patties in the fridge for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours to firm up

  4. While tuna burgers are chilling, prepare the honey sesame slaw by combining all slaw ingredients

  5. Prepare the sweet chili sriracha mayo by combining all sauce ingredients

  6. Store slaw and sauce in the fridge

  7. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter

  8. Cook tuna burgers for 3.5-4.5 minutes per side

  9. Toast the brioche buns

  10. Assemble burgers with cooked patties, slaw, sauce, avocado, and green onions

  11. Serve and enjoy
