Prepare the sweet chili sriracha mayo by combining all sauce ingredients
Store slaw and sauce in the fridge
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter
Cook tuna burgers for 3.5-4.5 minutes per side
Toast the brioche buns
Assemble burgers with cooked patties, slaw, sauce, avocado, and green onions
