Homemade Pita Pizza
  1. Preheat oven to 220C

  2. Mix the dough ingredients together with spoon and quick knead. Cover with clingfilm and let it sit for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

  3. Flour your surface, knead the dough, cut into 8 pieces, shape each into a round and roll it out.

  4. Add pesto, basil, mozzarella, and garlic mix. Pinch together and gently roll out again.

  5. Place on a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and brush with olive oil. Bake for 7-9 minutes at 220C.
