Marinate your chicken strips overnight.
Cook on a griddle pan with a little water till done.
While it's cooking make your parathas, shredded salad and sauces.
When the chicken is done it's time to plate it up.
Place your paratha on a plate, baste the garlic and peri peri sauce over.
Next top with the shredded salad, cooked chicken strips and drizzle with your yogurt chutney.
