Boil your potatoes for about 15 minutes or until they’re tender and you can easily stick a fork through.
While potatoes are boiling, in a small mixing bowl combine ½ cup milk, ½ cup water, and your beans and immersion blend this until it is silky smooth. Add your salt and stir it in.
Remove potatoes from the heat and put them into a larger mixing bowl. Peel the skin off, use a for to help if they are super hot.
Add the butter to the potatoes and start mashing.
Slowly pour in the bean/milk mixture and mash until you’ve poured all of it in.
Taste and adjust to your desired consistency and saltiness- I added an extra ½ cup of milk to make them lighter.
