80/20: Chinese Steamed Fish
  1. Julienne the ginger and green onions. Make sure to separate the green and white parts

  2. 1 ½ green onions (julienned) - 2 inch ginger (julienned)

  3. Place the frozen filet in a steamer

  4. Frozen sea bass filet

  5. Place ginger and green onion whites on top of fish

  6. 1 ½ green onions (julienned) - 2 inch ginger (julienned)

  7. Steam for 12 minutes over simmering water (medium high heat)

  8. Heat up vegetable oil to 350F degrees (or when the oil begins shimmering / shows slight wisp of smoke)

  9. 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or another neutral oil)

  10. Place the remaining scallion greens on top of the steamed fish

  11. Drizzle hot oil onto fish

  12. Add soy sauce on top

  13. 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
