Shoyu-tare
  1. Mix dry sake, mirin, cold water and soy sauce in a sauce pan and bring it to boil.

  2. Add sea salt and granulated sugar into the sauce pan. Stir to dissolve.

  3. Reserve the tare for the broth and marinated the eggs.
