  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a 9×13 baking dish. Spread hash browns and thaw for 10–15 minutes.

  2. Crumble and cook vegan sausage in a skillet until browned. Set aside.

  3. Add hash browns, sausage, onion, peppers, and cheese into dish. Stir gently.

  4. In a bowl, whisk JUST Egg, flour, baking powder, and kala namak until smooth.

  5. Pour mixture into dish. Bake uncovered 55–60 minutes (or 65–75 if refrigerated overnight).

  6. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with hot sauce if desired.
