Chips
Blend ingredients, except chips, in blender until smooth.
Transfer to bowl and add chocolate chips.
Scoop onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 15-16 minutes until set.
Tips: They don’t expand or “round out” like flour cookie recipes; also even if you make smaller cookies they do still take about 16 minutes to bake. Can substitute almond or sunflower butter for peanut butter.
