Mexican Restaurant-style Creamy Jalapeño Bacon Bean Dip
  1. Melt butter and add bacon

  2. Add diced onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and a pinch of salt

  3. Add garlic to the mixture

  4. Add 2 cans of pinto beans that have been cooking for about 15 minutes

  5. Pour in homemade chicken broth and let simmer for 10-15 minutes

  6. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth

  7. Pour the blended mixture back into the pot to thicken

  8. Top with melted or shredded cheese

  9. Serve warm
