Spicy Chicken Stew (dakdoritang)
  1. Boil approximately 4 lbs of chicken legs for 5 minutes

  2. Remove chicken and rinse under cold water

  3. Add soy sauce, mirin, gochugaru, sugar, gochujang, water, minced garlic, potatoes, and onion to a pot

  4. Boil for about 20 minutes until potatoes are soft

  5. Add green onion and korean chili peppers

  6. Boil for another 5 minutes

  7. Serve immediately

  8. Note: Start with 1 cup of water and add more as needed, but the stew should not be soupy
