  1. Make a large box of vanilla pudding per the instructions.

  2. Once the pudding is set, fold in a regular size container of cool whip.

  3. Layer the pudding and cool whip mixture with Graham crackers.

  4. For the topping, stir together ½ cup sugar, ¼ cup milk, and ¼ cup cocoa powder until bubbly.

  5. Add a handful of chocolate chips and 5 tbsp butter, and stir until combined and shiny.

  6. Pour the topping over the layered dessert.

  7. Refrigerate the dessert.
