  8. Let cool completely in pan

  9. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy

  10. Add powdered sweetener and vanilla

  11. Beat again, adding cream if needed

  12. Spread frosting generously over cooled loaf

  14. Chill 30 minutes before slicing for clean cuts
