Cream Cheese Frosting
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line or grease a 9x5 loaf pan
In a bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt
In another bowl, mix eggs, melted butter, sour cream, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla
Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth
Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth top
Bake 40-50 minutes, covering loosely if top browns too fast
Let cool completely in pan
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy
Add powdered sweetener and vanilla
Beat again, adding cream if needed
Spread frosting generously over cooled loaf
Optional: pipe decorative swirls like the photo
Chill 30 minutes before slicing for clean cuts
