Into a small bowl combine the following ingredients: 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 1 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine, 1 Tbsp Sweetener (Brown Splenda), 1 Tbsp Black pepper
On a medium high heat, spray your pan with cooking spray and add your chopped onions, garlic, and the whites of the green onion.
Add your extra lean ground beef once the vegetables have developed some color, spread out evenly on the pan.
Allow the beef to develop a nice golden crust before stirring/flipping the ground beef.
Once the beef has developed colour, add the sauce mixture from earlier.
Additionally, add the chopped green onions and cook for about 1-2 more mins.
Into a container add the following ingredients 1 Cucumber sliced, 1 Tsp Minced Garlic powder, 1 Tsp Brown Stevia, 5ml Sesame Oil, 5ml Soy Sauce, Pinch of Gochugaru or Chili powder, Salt and Pepper
Close and shake until even coated.
Divide into 2 equal portions and serve on 125g of white rice, garnish with sesame seeds, green onions and enjoy!
