Homemade Carrot Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. Whisk together dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside.

  3. Mix carrots, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Fold in walnuts and mix just until combined.

  5. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
