Slow cooker Bbq Pulled Pork
  1. We always cook it for 9-12 hours on low or 7-8 on high in a slow cooker OR between 150°C and 160°C for conventional ovens, or roughly 130°C–140°C for fan-forced (convection) ovens.

  2. Remove pork, take the rind off and discard, separate with forks and stir back through.

  3. Usually serve on sliders with coleslaw or with mashed potato and fresh steamed veg super moist, a lot of flavour and super easy!
