Italian Apple Cake In 3 Minutes
  1. First make a foam mixture from butter, eggs and sugar.

  2. Then stir in the flour mixed with baking powder, milk and grated lemon peel.

  3. Pour this dough into a greased, crumbled springform pan or tart pan.

  4. Now peel the apples, quarter them, score them and cover the dough with them together with sour cream.

  5. Bake at 185 °C for about 40 – 50 minutes, depending on the oven.

  6. Sprinkle the cooled cake with icing sugar.
