Taco Bowl Recipe
  1. Cook the rice according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 6-8 minutes. Stir in the taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons of water. Remove from heat.

  3. Divide cooked rice among 4 large soup bowls. Sprinkle each with ¼ of the cheese and top with ¼ of the cooked ground beef.

  4. Then divide the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, salsa, and sour cream among the bowls. Sprinkle each with a quarter of the green onion. Crush 3 tortilla chips over each bowl and serve.
