Lay out the chicken on a pan. Drizzle a bit of olive oil and bake in the oven or air fryer. 400° degrees 25 minutes in the air fryer or 400° degrees 35 minutes in the oven.
Char your tortilla directly on a flame and then add shredded cheddar cheese to a pan and top with a charred tortilla turning and flipping over.
Top with the chicken and drizzle with avocado crema.
