Preheat oven to 175°C
Add all brownie ingredients to a food processor and blend for a couple of minutes until a smooth and sticky batter forms
Spoon the batter into a lined baking tin and press down with a spoon to make it even
Bake for 25 minutes
Leave to cool for another 30 minutes as the brownies will continue to cook after removal from the oven
For the frosting, add all frosting ingredients to a blender and whizz for about two minutes, stopping every 30 seconds to scrape down the edges
Spoon the frosting on top of the cooled brownies and serve
