Dip cauliflower florets into batter
Fry battered cauliflower in vegetable oil until golden
Combine sweet chilli sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, grated garlic clove, and sesame seeds to make sauce
Toss fried cauliflower in sauce
Garnish with sesame seeds and freshly chopped coriander
