Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off the excess.
In a skillet, heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high. Cook the chicken until golden, about 2-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
To the skillet, add broth, honey, lemon juice, and the remaining butter. Simmer, scraping up the browned bits.
Return the chicken to the skillet, add lemon wedges, and simmer until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
