Cook Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
Add Aromatics: Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir-Fry Veggies: Add sliced cabbage and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Season: Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and cook for another 2–3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve: Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot on its own or over rice if desired.
