Asparagus "Carbonara"
  1. Clean and peel the asparagus, crush the garlic

  2. Fry it together in olive oil, until the asparagus is soft

  3. Boil the pasta

  4. Mix the eggs with the cheese in a large bowl. Place it over some hot water.

  5. Add pasta water to reach a saucy texture

  6. Add the pasta and the asparagus

  7. Serve and sprinkle with some extra cheese and black pepper
