Spicy Heavy Cream Eggs
  1. Preheat a pan on high for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and salsa macha. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 1 minute.

  2. Crack the eggs into the pan and cover. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the egg whites are set.

  3. Garnish with chives and a sprinkle of additional salsa macha.
