Cinnamon Rolls
  1. Heat 1 cup liquid measuring cup, measure out 1 cup of milk, heat it in the microwave until it reaches 110-115°F

  2. Use a fork to mix & dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm milk. Set aside for at least 5 minutes

  3. Put the dough hook on a KitchenAid. In the KitchenAid mixer bowl, combine the flour, salt and dry pudding mix

  4. In a medium or large mixing bowl combine the water, beaten egg and melted butter. Mix well

  5. Add the yeast mixture to the mixing bowl with the water, egg and butter. Mix well

  6. Add yeast mixture to kitchenaid mixer bowl with the flour mixture and mix well using the dough hook attachment

  7. Once all the ingredients are combined and dough is formed, take it out of the bowl and knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes

  8. Lightly spray a bowl with cooking spray, form dough into a ball and place dough into the bowl. Cover in plastic wrap and let it proof for one hour on the counter.

  9. Lightly flour a work surface. Roll out dough to a large rectangle that is about 16 inch by 16 inch thick

  10. Mix together the softened butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread over dough

  11. Starting with the widest end, roll the dough into a log. Pinch to seal seams

  12. Using unscented floss, mark 12 even sections on your log of dough. DO NOT cut all the way through yet

  13. Slide the floss under the dough and pull up on both ends in opposite directions to pull the floss through the roll

  14. Cut log into the 12 slices, and place in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for an hour.

  15. Preheat the oven to 350°F

  16. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes

  17. Spread frosting over warm cinnamon rolls

  18. Mix the powdered sugar, heavy cream, softened butter, softened cream cheese and vanilla in a small bowl using a whisk

  19. Frost when cooled and enjoy.
