Red Lentil Chips
  1. First cover the lentils completely in water, let them soak for 30 min and drain afterwards.

  2. Blend them in a mixer with 150 ml water and a pinch of salt.

  3. Pour the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and form the it to a rectangle shape.

  4. Bake for 12 min at 200°C, take it out of the oven and cut it into small pieces.

  5. Season everything and mix it together with the olive oil.

  6. Bake again for another 5 min until crisp.
