Greek Pita Stuffed With Spinach & Artichoke Dip
  1. Mix together 3 cups bread flour, ¾ cup warm water, 6 tbsp warm whole milk, 1 ½ tsp sugar, 1 ½ tsp active dry yeast, 3 tbsp olive oil, and 1 ½ tsp salt

  2. Allow dough to proof

  3. Prepare pita bread from dough

  4. Stuff pita with Spinach & Artichoke Dip filling

  5. Cook for 30 minutes

  6. Serve with tzatziki, garlic butter, or ranch
