Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese, butter, and sugar until smooth.
Add the lemon zest, eggs, flour, salt, baking powder, and optional cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the milk until the batter is smooth.
Gently fold in the diced peaches.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Adorn with more sliced peaches on top, if desired.
Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the loaf cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, slice and serve the delicious Peaches & Cream Cheese Loaf!
