Make the batter by adding all batter ingredients to a bowl and mix for 30 seconds until you get a smooth batter
Make the frangipane by mixing melted salted butter, golden sugar, ground almonds, and egg together nicely
Butter and flour your 15x20 rectangle tin
Pour the batter into the prepared tin
Add the drained canned fruits on top of the batter
Top the fruits with the frangipane mixture
Bake at 180°C fan (160°C regular oven) for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and serve
