Start off by rendering your pork in a pan.
Grate parmesan into a bowl and add egg yolks.
Boil the Momofuku noodles for 3-4 minutes.
Add pasta water to the egg-cheese mixture and stir vigorously.
Add Chili Crunch and mix well, then add the rendered pork and stir again.
Add Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt to taste.
Mix the noodles with the carbonara sauce, plate, and top with crispy pork, more Chili Crunch, and parmesan.
