In a large pot, over medium high heat, cook the ground turkey and onions until the turkey is no longer pink. Strain out the excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, green chiles, water, bouillon cubes and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the pasta and cook uncovered for 10–12 minutes, or until pasta is cooked and liquid has reduced down.
Dice up the cream cheese into cubes and toss in with the shredded cheese. Stir in the cheese until melted and serve.
