Heat the oven to 190C fan
Cut the blocks of Feta in half widthways, so you have 4 equal pieces and pat dry with kitchen towel
Wrap each piece in a slice of prosciutto
Cut the pastry into quarters. Place a teaspoon of chutney in the centre of one and place a prosciutto covered Feta on top
Wrap the Feta like a Christmas present, making sure to smudge all the joins together, so they don't open up in the oven
Repeat for the rest of the Feta and pastry
Use the second sheet of pastry to cut out pastry crosses and bows to look like ribbon
I made the ribbon by sticking two loops together. Stick the pastry to the feta parcels so they look like presents!
Brush them with beaten egg. Put them on a lined baking tray
Bake them in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up
