  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the sheet pan ingredients.

  3. Gently fold the ingredients until thoroughly mixed.

  4. Pour the ingredients evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  5. (If adding sausage, place the full sausages on the pan between the ingredients)

  6. Bake for 30 minutes, toss the ingredients, and continue baking for another 30 minutes.

  7. Broil for 3-5 minutes to slightly caramelize the squash at the end.

  8. Serve with the accompaniments and optional accompaniments.

  9. Combine the Plain Greek Yogurt, Lemon Zest, and Whole Milk.

  10. Mix until well blended.
