Cottage Cheese Pancakes
  1. Blend together oats, baking powder and salt (blend until fine OR you can just pulse and keep it a little chunky, depending on texture preference! I like it in the middle)

  2. Then pulse in all other ingredients until a batter forms, let sit

  3. Heat up butter on a pan until melted and slightly browning

  4. Mix pancake batter once more

  5. Add in pancake batter in circles onto hot butter

  6. When bubbles on the top of pancakes begin to pop, it's ready to flip

  7. Continue until you got your STACK 🥞
