Lemon Balm Recipe
  1. Combine honey and warm water in a pitcher until dissolved.

  2. Pour in lemon or lime juice and 1 cup cold water.

  3. Add lemon balm leaves and lightly crush with a spoon.

  4. Add citrus slices and refrigerate 1 hour to infuse.

  5. Add sparkling water and stir gently.

  6. Strain into glasses over ice and garnish with herbs.
